Susquehanna Township-based Ritter Insurance Marketing, a Medicare and life insurance contracts and sales technology company, has acquired four companies in the last two years. This time Ritter Insurance Marketing is the one that is being acquired.
Integrity Marketing Group, a distributor of life and health insurance, and provider of wealth management and retirement planning solutions based in Dallas, Texas acquired Ritter Insurance Marketing last week.
